01 INFORMATION PRIOR TO THE CONTRACT PROCESS
The purpose of these General Conditions is to regulate the relationship between BLOC DISTRICT and the Client, relating to all transactions carried out through the website of the online store, whose owner is BLOCDISTRICT, SL with registered office at C / SANCHO DE ÁVILA 22, 08018 BARCELONA, with CIF number: B67556530, registered in the Mercantile Registry of BARCELONA, volume 47155, page 177, page B542961 and 2nd registration number.
The purpose of the website is advice and services in a climbing wall.

In the event that such an error occurs in the prices and a customer has made a purchase decision based on said error, the company will notify it immediately and the customer may choose to cancel the purchase.
BLOCDISTRICT, SL reserves the right to reject orders made by clients who have previously had conflicts with the company, such as returning orders frequently, etc.
The duration of the contract will be linked to the date of contracting the product or service without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

02 CONTRACTING PROCESS
Prices
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website and reflect the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax is applicable, this would be indicated (IGIC or IPSI). If the place of delivery of an order to a customer is in another country with a different currency, the final price of sale to the public may vary due to the currency exchange differences that may occur between the time of setting the reference price. and the time of purchase.
Although we try to ensure that all prices on the website are correct, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have purchased, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment methods and order execution
The customer may pay the amount of his order by opting for any of the following ways. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice:

When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA card or MASTERCARD, offering, in this way, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
This form of payment is valid only on the web.
When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the number of a payment card, its holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and re-payment annotations in the accounts of the supplier and the holder will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had been effectively made by the cardholder and the demand for return was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, that charge will remain liable to BLOCDISTRICT, SL to compensate for damages caused as a result of said cancellation.
In the case of making a bank transfer it is very important that you indicate in the subject the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date in order to validate it.
Remind you that the payment must be made in EUROS and that all eventual exchange and banking commissions are paid by the customer.
In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer, you always inform your bank to take charge of the commissions at origin, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity. Otherwise, BLOCDISTRICT, SL could paralyze the shipment of your order by not receiving the full amount of it.
Possible exchange and banking commissions are borne by the client.
The availability of the products and services offered by BLOCDISTRICT, SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although it updates the stock periodically, the product or service requested by the client could be out of stock at that time. In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, BLOCDISTRICT, SL will notify the client at the time it becomes aware of this situation.
03 AFTER HIRING
After the purchase process, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid email. The customer will receive an invoice or copy of the order after making the payment.
Right of withdrawal, returns and claims.
The buyer will have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product or the date of the contract for the provision of services, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be done by means of a notification by telephone to 677 892 245, by sending an email to info@blocdistrict.com, by sending your letter to our postal address C / SANCHO DE ÁVILA 22, 08018 BARCELONA, or through of the withdrawal form.
As established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
Return and transport costs

If you wish to return a product or service, the management of said return as well as the cost of the same, will be assumed by the CLIENT.
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check their status. As soon as we verify that both the item, as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid.
Cancellation of the order
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the merchandise leaves or the service contracting date, the client will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been issued, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs of this same order.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.
The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all the acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are provisions of public order contrary to it.
